Funding for centers that care for kids.

Naptime Capital funds child care centers, preschools and daycares directly — $10,000 to $2,000,000, decided off your bank statements, in your account in 24 hours. Payroll while subsidy and voucher payments catch up, a new classroom, or a second center. Tuition and subsidy deposits both count. No minimum credit score.

The gap every center owner knows

Payroll is every other Friday. The reimbursement is “when it posts.”

A center that takes subsidy or voucher children delivers the care first and is paid for it afterwards — after attendance is submitted, after the claim is processed, after the agency runs its payment cycle. Teachers do not get paid on that cycle. They get paid on yours. The same thing happens every August, when you hire for fall enrollment weeks before the first full month of tuition clears.

Naptime Capital funds the gap off your bank statements, in 24 hours, with a fixed daily or weekly ACH you know before you sign. Subsidy deposits, voucher deposits, food-program reimbursements and private tuition all count toward what you qualify for, because we underwrite deposits — not the type of family that paid them.

  • Subsidy, voucher and private-pay deposits all count toward your approval
  • Fixed ACH from your operating account — no split of your tuition processor, no lockbox
  • Seasonal programs underwritten on the floor month, not penalized for it
  • Mid-project licensing and capacity upgrades funded, not declined

The lag does not shrink when enrollment dips in a holiday week, and neither does payroll, rent or the food order. A fixed debit is a number you can put on a calendar and plan a slow December around. If the payment stops working, you call us and we re-term it.

Four minutes. Three bank statements. No credit impact to apply.

How it works

Four minutes to apply. Twenty-four hours to fund.

1

Send us four minutes and three statements

Center details, EIN, monthly deposits, what the money is for, and your three most recent months of business bank statements. Four if you’re seasonal. No tax returns under $500,000.

2

An underwriter reads your file

Every file is read by a person, not a score. We look at average daily balance, deposit count, NSF pattern and your slowest month — and tuition, subsidy and voucher deposits all count toward your approval. Offer in about four business hours during the week.

3

Sign two pages and get funded

You see the amount, the payback, the payment and the schedule before you sign anything. A clean file signed before 11:00 AM ET generally funds the same day; otherwise next business day. One person on the phone from start to finish.

Why Naptime

Built by people who have read a center’s attendance ledger.

A subsidy-heavy center isn’t a red flag to us.

Many lenders see a bank statement full of agency deposits and treat it as unstable revenue. We read it as what it is: paid care, on a lag. The deposits count in full, and we size the payment so it fits once the reimbursement posts, not before.

We underwrite your floor, not your August.

Enrollment dips at the holidays and in the summer for school-year programs, and camps run the other way. Send four months of statements instead of three and we structure the payment against your slowest month, so the slow one doesn’t break it.

Re-term it instead of stacking it.

If the payment stops working, call us before you take a second position somewhere else. We’d rather restructure a live file than watch a director end up on four advances. That conversation costs you nothing.

A two-page contract you can read between pickups.

Amount, payback, payment, schedule, prepayment discount. Two pages. If something in it isn’t clear, ask on the phone and we’ll walk the line with you.

Straight answers

Questions child care owners actually ask.

Can a daycare get a business loan with bad credit?

Yes. Naptime Capital has no minimum credit score for working capital advances or invoice factoring. We underwrite your business bank statements — deposit volume, average daily balance, NSF pattern, and month-to-month consistency — not your FICO. A line of credit needs 600+, a term loan 650+, and an SBA loan 680+.

How much can a child care center borrow?

Naptime Capital funds $10,000 to $2,000,000 in working capital, and up to $5,000,000 on term loans, SBA 7(a), and factoring facilities. The working capital amount is sized against your monthly bank deposits, with tuition and subsidy deposits both counted.

Do subsidy and voucher payments count as revenue?

Yes. State child care subsidy reimbursements, voucher payments, food-program reimbursements and private-pay tuition all land in your bank account as deposits, and deposits are what we underwrite. A center that is 70% subsidy-funded qualifies on the same terms as a private-pay preschool.

How fast can a child care center get funded?

About four business hours to an offer on a complete file, and 24 hours to funding. A clean file signed before 11:00 AM ET generally funds the same day — which matters when payroll is Friday and the reimbursement is not.

Can I get funding to cover payroll while I wait on subsidy reimbursements?

Yes, and it is the most common reason a center calls us. A working capital advance funds in 24 hours and is sized so the payment fits inside your deposits once the reimbursement lands. If the lag is every month, a line of credit is the cheaper structure: open it once, draw when the agency is late, repay when it pays.

What documents do I need?

A four-minute application and your three most recent months of business bank statements — four months if your program is seasonal, such as a summer camp or a school-year-only after-school program. No tax returns under $500,000, no business plan, and no collateral for working capital.

Do you take a percentage of my tuition payments?

No. Naptime Capital repays by a fixed daily or weekly ACH from your business operating account. There is no split of your tuition processor, no holdback percentage, and no lockbox on your subsidy deposits. You know the exact payment before you sign.

Does my license status matter?

You need to be operating and depositing. We fund centers mid-way through a capacity increase, a new-classroom inspection or a playground upgrade — those projects are often exactly what the money is for. If a license is suspended, call us before you apply and we will tell you what would change the answer.

What happens if I pay it off early?

You keep up to 30% of the remaining cost of funding. A working capital advance paid off inside the first 30, 60, or 90 days qualifies for a prepayment discount of up to 30% on the remaining cost of funding.

What is the minimum monthly revenue for child care funding?

$15,000 a month in business bank deposits, with a minimum of 6 months in business and a U.S. business bank account. Naptime Capital funds in all 50 states.

The next reimbursement cycle has a date on it. Get ahead of it.

$10,000 to $2,000,000. No minimum FICO. Four minutes to apply.
