Send us the child care files everyone else declines.

Naptime Capital is a direct funding source for child care, preschools and daycares. If you broker merchant cash advances or SBA, we are the desk you send early-education files to — including the subsidy-heavy centers, home-based providers and seasonal camps that most of your paper gets declined on. 10–15% on funded working capital, paid within 2 business days.

What we say yes to that your other funders say no to

  • Subsidy- and voucher-heavy centers — agency reimbursements are deposits, and we underwrite deposits
  • Home-based and family child care homes with a business account
  • Seasonal files — summer camps, school-year programs with a soft June through August
  • Drop-in and hourly care with many small deposits and no enrollment contracts
  • Files with a few NSFs clustered in the week before a late reimbursement posted
  • Centers with an open position, where a consolidation or re-term is the right structure

What we won’t do

We won’t stack you. If a center you sent us comes back directly, the file stays yours for 24 months and the renewal commission is yours.

We won’t shop your merchant to a panel behind your back on products we fund in-house.

We won’t run outbound marketing to your merchant list. Naptime does not run automated email sequences to merchants at all.

Process

How submission works

  1. Send the signed application and three months of statements. Four months if the program is seasonal. Upload it through your partner portal.
  2. Our underwriting desk reads it. You get an offer or a real decline reason the same day — about 4 business hours on a complete file.
  3. The merchant signs two pages. Funding in 24 hours. A clean file signed before 11:00 AM ET generally funds the same day.
  4. You’re paid within two business days of funding. Renewal commission runs 24 months on files you originated.

Attribution. Every partner-sourced link carries that partner’s own EF-XXXXXX referral code. The portal issues the code and the site templates it into the link, so a file submitted through your link is credited to you automatically. Never send a funnel link without your code on it.

Straight answers

Partner program questions.

What commission does Naptime pay an ISO?

10% to 15% on funded working capital, paid within 2 business days of the merchant funding. Commission on lines of credit and factoring is disclosed per file at offer. Term loan and SBA fee schedules are disclosed on the term sheet.

Is there a file minimum or an exclusivity requirement?

No to both. There is no monthly file minimum and no exclusivity. Send one file a quarter or forty a month.

How long do I keep a merchant I originated?

24 months. If a center you sent us comes back directly, the file stays yours and the renewal commission is yours for 24 months from the original funding.

What child care files will you take that others decline?

Subsidy-heavy centers, because we underwrite bank deposits and agency reimbursements are deposits; home-based and family child care; seasonal camps and school-year programs with a soft summer; drop-in and hourly care; files with a few NSFs clustered before a late reimbursement; and centers with an open position where a consolidation or re-term is the right structure.

How fast is a decision on a submitted file?

About 4 business hours on a complete submission during weekdays. Declines come back the same day with the actual reason, not “credit.”

What do you need from me to submit?

A signed application and the center’s 3 most recent months of business bank statements — 4 months if the program is seasonal. Submit through the partner portal.
